Mercedes-Maybach S-Class S680
The limited-edition Maybach by Virgil Abloh is the culmination of cooperation between Mercedes–Maybach and the late Virgil Abloh.

The design of the Project MAYBACH-inspired S-Class was through the partnership between Virgil Abloh and Gorden Wagener, the Chief Design Officer at Mercedes-Benz Group AG.

S-Class S680 continues the tradition of unmatched luxury experiences by leveraging the expertise of Mercedes-Benz's specialized customization and craftsmanship team. The vehicle's exterior is by Project MAYBACH, featuring a unique two-tone color blend. Its upper part is glossy obsidian black, and the lower part includes the special forged rims and side flanks, and sand hue paint.

The exceptional craftsmanship extends to the interior, with a similar two-tone color theme, black-lined ceiling and dashboard, and sand-colored Nappa leather. The luxury car boasts a special Mercedes-Maybach and Virgil Abloh logo on the center console and painted window frames to enhance a monolithic appearance.

The limited-edition S-Class stands out from the crowd with a unique bespoke user interface that is also a Maybach MBUX suite variant but more luxurious. Its digital contents are rich with hand-picked visual elements and the brand's edition logo. As expected, the limited edition S-Class is more intuitive, and the interior and exterior style has a touch of distinctiveness.

All the S-Class customers will receive a custom-made wooden gift box with a Mercedes-Maybach and Virgil Abloh logo covered in Nappa leather. Inside the gift box is a 1/18 scale replica of the S-Class, a carabiner hook, and two keys. Other gifts to customers include a Mercedes-Maybach and Virgil Abloh-branded car cover.

Virgil Abloh and Off-White™ designed capsule collection is available from 5 April 2022. The collection comprises cotton fleece hoodies and crewnecks, sand-colored cotton t-shirts, racing gloves crafted in neoprene, canvas, suede, and baseball caps.

Mercedes-Maybach plans to release a fully electric vehicle in 2023 to support sustainability goals.
