As a leading premium vehicles manufacturer, BMW is ushering in a new era in the luxury segment shaped by innovations in digitalization and sustainability. The new BMW 7 Series epitomizes long-distance comfort, driving pleasure, and top-end digital experience. Its i7 all-electric sedan reinterprets all that by demonstrating ultimate onboard wellbeing and exclusive driving experience. All these combine with a commitment to sustainability.

The 7-series incorporates a modern style to the interior and exterior, with innovative features such as the BMW iDrive and the latest BMW Operating System 8. The luxury sedan has a unique in-car entertainment system that combines the Executive Lounge option with reclining seats for enhanced comfort.

The series redefines spaciousness with an available long-wheelbase model with maximized space in the rear. It borrows its various characteristics from the BMW i and BMW M brands to become sporty, modern, sustainable, and elegant.

Customers now have a choice of combustion engines, all-electric drives, and plug-in hybrids. The new BMW 7 Series achieves this high level of diversity thanks to a newly-developed vehicle architecture with a high level of flexibility. BMW Group, therefore, accommodates the different customer needs based on local regulations and infrastructural factors. Only the BMW i7 will be available at the market launch in Europe. The BMW 7 Series will be available in an all-electric variant and other two models in the US, China, and other select regions.

Plug-in hybrid varieties of the new 7 Series will be available in several markets beginning in early 2023. The first BMW M model will feature a 6-cylinder in-line petrol powertrain and a plug-in hybrid drivetrain. After the market launch, a model variable with a diesel motor and 48V mild-hybrid technology will be introduced to the range in Europe. Additional variants of the fully-electric BMW i7 and the modern top-of-the-line BMW i7 M70 xDrive will be available later on.
