Lamborghini has revealed the Lanzador concept at the Monterey Car Week. This concept car is a vision of a future all-electric fourth series production Lamborghini. The Lanzador introduces a high ground-clearance GT with 2+2 seats, embodying clear, purist and technical forms, while staying true to Lamborghini's DNA and offering top-tier sportiness and fun-to-drive character.

The Lanzador concept aligns with Lamborghini's "Direzione Cor Tauri" strategy, which aims for decarbonization and electrification. This concept, following the presentation of the V12 plug-in hybrid Revuelto, provides a glimpse into the upcoming series model set to launch in 2028.

The all-electric concept car features a high specific power electric motor on each axle, offering permanent all-electric drive with active e-torque vectoring on the rear axle. The power is supplied by a new-generation high-performance battery ensuring a long range. Lamborghini is focusing on developing advanced control systems and active-control technologies to maintain the brand's driving dynamics and performance even in the all-electric era.

The concept car also features innovative active aerodynamics, utilizing the Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva (ALA) system to enhance efficiency and performance. The Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata (LDVI) driving dynamics control system sets a new benchmark for Lamborghini, ensuring precise driving behavior tailored to individual driver preferences.

The design of the Lanzador is inspired by spaceships and features unique proportions and an unexpected appearance. The interior offers a spacious layout, reminiscent of a pilot's cockpit. Sustainable materials are used extensively in the interior, aligning with Lamborghini's commitment to sustainability.

Lamborghini's "Direzione Cor Tauri" strategy aims to halve CO2 emissions by 2025 and electrify the entire product range by the end of 2024. The Lanzador concept represents a significant step toward Lamborghini's electrified future and the production version is expected to be available from 2028 onwards.

The Lanzador concept illustrates Lamborghini's dedication to maintaining its performance and design heritage while transitioning to a more sustainable and electrified future.
