Porsche has officially unveiled the 2026 Cayenne Electric, marking a bold step into the future of high-performance electric SUVs. As the first fully electric version of Porsche’s iconic SUV, the new Cayenne brings race-bred innovation into a practical, everyday package. It’s not just fast for an SUV—it’s the most powerful production Porsche ever made, delivering up to 850 kW (1,156 hp) in the Turbo variant and 0–100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds. That’s supercar-level speed with SUV utility.

At launch, the Cayenne Electric will be available in two versions: the base Cayenne Electric and the Cayenne Turbo Electric, both with all-wheel drive and Porsche Traction Management. The Turbo delivers up to 1,500 Nm of torque using Launch Control, while the base model still impresses with 300 kW (408 hp) in normal driving and 325 kW (442 hp) with Launch Control. An 800V battery system and motorsport-derived cooling tech ensure sustained performance and efficiency.

The Cayenne Electric doesn’t just thrill on pavement—it also offers real off-road chops and long-distance comfort. With adaptive air suspension, optional rear-axle steering, and up to 3.5-ton towing capacity, this EV SUV is as versatile as it is fast. Add Porsche Active Ride, advanced torque vectoring, and a WLTP range of up to 642 km, and you get a rare blend of sportiness and everyday usability. Charging is cutting-edge too—up to 400 kW of DC charging gets you from 10% to 80% in under 16 minutes.

Inside, the Cayenne Electric is a tech showcase. A massive curved OLED Flow Display spans the dashboard, joined by a 14.25-inch instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch passenger screen. New Mood Modes change lighting, sound, and seat position based on your vibe, and Porsche Wireless Charging (optional) adds 11 kW inductive charging convenience. Customers can order now, with full personalization available including custom paint, interiors, and even matching Porsche Design timepieces.
