Volkswagen has unveiled the all-electric ID. Polo, a five-seat compact car with front-wheel drive, three power levels and two battery options. Outputs range from 116 PS to 211 PS, while the maximum WLTP range is 454 km. The 85 kW and 99 kW versions use a 37 kWh net LFP battery and can travel up to 329 km. The 155 kW version has a 52 kWh net NMC battery, with DC charging from 10 to 80 percent taking about 24 minutes; the smaller battery takes about 23 minutes. The ID. Polo measures 4,053 mm long and offers 441 litres of luggage space, expanding to 1,240 litres with the rear seats folded. German pricing starts at 24,995 euros, while launch sales begin with the 155 kW Life version at 33,795 euros.
