The BMW X6 Sports Activity Coupe has undergone a comprehensive overhaul in its latest iteration. With a new design, expanded standard equipment, electrification options, and cutting-edge digital technology, the BMW X6 is poised to set a new standard in the luxury sports SUV market.
The BMW X6 features a bold new design that includes a new front fascia with a redesigned signature BMW kidney grille and headlight units. The grille can be specified as an option with illumination, and the air breathers in the front side panels have been updated with a new design. The rear of the X6 has been updated with newly designed LED rear lights with a striking X motif.
At the top of the model range, the BMW X6 M60i xDrive showcases distinctive design elements such as double bars and an M logo for the kidney grille, high-gloss black M exterior mirror caps, and a quad-pipe style exhaust tailpipe trim. Customers can opt for the M Sport Professional package to further enhance their X6 with matte black kidney grille surround, black chrome exhaust tailpipe trim, and darkened M Shadowline lights.
The interior of the BMW X6 is defined by the fully digital BMW Curved Display, which is at the heart of the redesigned cabin. The display features intuitive touch control and natural voice interaction, and is complemented by the latest-generation iDrive control system and BMW Operating System 8.
In terms of performance, the X6 features a range of powertrain options including a plug-in hybrid drive, the BMW X6 xDrive50e, and the V8 engine with 48V mild-hybrid technology. The BMW X6 xDrive50e has more power and a greater purely electric range than its predecessor, while the V8 engine has been improved in terms of power, performance, and refinement.
Production of the BMW X6 will begin in April 2023 at BMW Group Plant Spartanburg, South Carolina. Base MSRPs for the X6 models are as follows:
