MAZDA HAS ANNOUNCED THE 2023 CX-50's PRICES AND PACKAGING
Mazda has confirmed the pricing of the 2023 Mazda CX-50 (a full pricing chart is added below), the first Mazda vehicle manufactured at the Mazda Toyota Manufacturing (MTM) factory in Huntsville, Alabama. The company has meticulously developed this vehicle to match North Americans' active lifestyles, and its rugged and sophisticated design allows the drivers to venture further into off-road excursions and outdoor adventures.
The CX-50 offers a lot of flexibility to the buyers as they can choose from ten distinctive packages with two powerful engine configurations. The first option is a 2.5L naturally aspirated four-cylinder Skyactiv-G engine that produces 187 horsepower and 186 pound-feet torque. And the second option is a Skyactiv-G 2.5L turbocharged four-cylinder engine, delivering 256 horsepower and 320 lb-ft torque on premium 93 octane gas (227/310 on 87-octane gas). The all-wheel-drive system is standard across all variants, and six-speed automatic transmission is mated to both engines.
Some features are standard across the entire range of CX-50, including wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a power liftgate, an eight-speaker audio system, push-button start, LED headlights, two USB ports, a rear roof spoiler, remote keyless entry, body-colored power side-view mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets.
Standard active and passive safety features carry over to all CX-50 packages and include driver attention alert, lane-keep assist, lane departure warning system, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and advanced smart city brake support with pedestrian detection.
The premium and Turbo models are equipped with even more exquisite features like head-up display, wireless phone charging, ventilated front seats, auto-dimming mirror, leather upholstery, power passenger seat, a premium stereo, updated navigation, adaptive headlights, and a 360-degree camera.
