The 2026 BMW X5 introduces BMW M Performance Parts and functional BMW accessories that enhance the vehicle's design and utility. M Performance Parts include aerodynamic components such as front splitters, roof spoilers, rear diffusers, and exterior mirror caps made from lightweight materials like carbon fiber and aramid. Complementing these are summer and winter complete wheels ranging from 21 to 23 inches, including a new 23-inch Y-spoke alloy wheel option. Functional accessories include new aerodynamically optimized BMW Aero roof boxes available in three sizes offering increased capacity, as well as tablet holders and smartphone adapters for the Travel & Comfort System. Additional accessories include all-weather floor mats and luggage compartment mats to protect the interior. A specific M Performance silencer system for a V8 engine model is planned for markets outside Europe. Energy consumption figures for the X5 40 xDrive are 9.1 l/100 km with CO2 emissions of 207 g/km, while the X5 40d xDrive consumes 7.2 l/100 km with 188 g/km CO2 emissions, both WLTP measured.
