BMW introduces the iX2, the electric version of the second generation of the BMW X2. This all-electric model marks a significant step forward for the X2 lineup, combining the sporty and stylish features of the X2 with the benefits of electric drive technology. The iX2, based on BMW's fifth-generation eDrive technology, features an electric motor at the front axle and one at the rear, delivering electric BMW xDrive all-wheel drive. Inside, the iX2 features a modern and digitally-focused cockpit design. Standard equipment includes the BMW Curved Display with touch-sensitive functionality, voice control through the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, and a new smartphone tray with wireless charging for compatible mobile phones. The interior provides generous and flexible space for five occupants, and the rear seat backrests can be split and folded for additional cargo space.
